FRONTLINE TEAM
WE CAN DO MORE TOGETHER

BEFORE SERVICE
Be a master greeter, available for conversations and on the lookout for new people, loners, new families, etc.
Give high fives, fist bumps, handshakes, smiles and eye contact with a few good questions.
Help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for everyone.

DURING SERVICE
Participate in the service. Engage in worship, fellowship, and prayer times. Learn names and invite people to sit with you.
Help people when they look lost. Help them get familiar with our building. Help them get connected with other people. Help them with our website or our social media. Help them with connecting to a small group.
Model what we're asking of people by being in community, being in a small group, and serving.

AFTER THE SERVICE
Look for people moved by the service. Talk with them about what they heard. Ask them what they think.
Invite people to participate in community; lunch after church, coffee sometime during the week, attend a small group. Leverage opportunities to do life together.
Serve by helping clean up and resetting the building for the upcoming week; Take trash out, help tear down the coffee bar, pick things up, help the nursery disinfect toys, pick up trash out in the parking lot, etc.
Pray for and with people that have expressed prayer concerns during the service.
